This policy covers Pathmark! and pathmark.xyz. Pathmark! does not require an account or ask for your name, email, or precise location. Puzzle progress, settings, ad timing, and purchase status stay on your device. Optional cloud saves send your player identifier, a hashed device identifier, and progress to Game Center and iCloud or Google Play Games. Apple or Google handles purchases. Sharing sends an achievement only to the destination you choose.

Advertising. Pathmark! uses Google Mobile Ads and the Google User Messaging Platform. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and share IP address, approximate location, device or app identifiers, app and ad activity, diagnostics, and consent choices for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and security. Personalized ads are used only where permitted and consented. Pathmark! does not sell personal information for money, though advertising may qualify as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some laws. Use Privacy Choices in Settings to change advertising choices. Providers must protect data consistently with this policy and applicable law. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Retention and choices. Local data remains until cleared or the app is deleted; backups may retain copies. Providers retain data under their policies. Use device and provider controls or the developer support contact on the store listing for privacy requests. pathmark.xyz has no ads, analytics, or marketing cookies; its host may keep access logs to deliver and secure the site. Data may be processed in other countries with legally required safeguards. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
